Relación entre el desarrollo de la motricidad fina y la preparación para la lectoescritura en educación inicial y preparatoria

Resumen

La preparación para la lectoescritura en Educación Inicial y Preparatoria depende de la interacción entre habilidades lingüísticas, cognitivas y motoras, entre las cuales la motricidad fina cumple un rol fundamental, el objetivo de esta revisión sistemática fue analizar la evidencia científica de los últimos cinco años sobre la relación entre el desarrollo de la motricidad fina y la preparación para la lectoescritura en niños de Educación Inicial y Preparatoria. Se analizaron 25 artículos empíricos, revisiones sistemáticas y metaanálisis publicados en bases de datos académicas. Los resultados evidencian una relación positiva y consistente entre la motricidad fina, especialmente la grafomotricidad y la coordinación visomotora, y la escritura emergente. Asimismo, se identificó que las funciones ejecutivas fortalecen esta relación y que las intervenciones tempranas basadas en actividades motrices finas favorecen el alistamiento lectoescritor. Se concluye que la motricidad fina es un componente clave para la alfabetización temprana y su integración sistemática en Educación Inicial y Preparatoria contribuye a procesos educativos más efectivos e inclusivos.
