El sprint en la resistencia anaeróbica láctica en boxeadores de la categoría prejuvenil

Resumen

El presente trabajo analiza la dinámica metabólica y la respuesta neuromuscular en el boxeo amateur formativo, donde las exigencias competitivas de alta intensidad demandan una adecuada dosificación de las cargas físicas. En este contexto, el objetivo de la investigación es evaluar el impacto de un programa de entrenamiento basado en sprints sobre la resistencia anaeróbica láctica en boxeadores pertenecientes a la categoría prejuvenil. Para dar cumplimiento a este propósito, se estructuró una metodología fundamentada en el paradigma positivista con un enfoque cuantitativo, de alcance explicativo y correlacional, bajo un diseño cuasi-experimental y longitudinal con evaluaciones pareadas de pre-test y post-test. La intervención se desarrolló durante un macrociclo de 12 semanas, aplicando dos sesiones semanales a una muestra de tres boxeadores de 14 y 15 años de la Federación Deportiva de Chimborazo. Con ello, se demostró que el programa basado en sprints generó una activación óptima y segura de la vía glucolítica, evidenciando un incremento progresivo del lactato desde niveles basales hasta alcanzar un aumento del 68.4% respecto al reposo en la fase final (2.1 a 2.5 mmol/L). Asimismo, se halló un elevado acoplamiento metabólico-perceptivo con un coeficiente de determinación R² = 0.918 entre la lactatemia y la Escala de Borg.
